One thing I have learned, from my activities in the UK, is that the legality of any situation is open to question as long as we remain in limbo about the real status of Cyprus. It seems that as long as the UN are there, the edges can be blurred.

Nonsense, you like to blurr the lines in an attempt to fool the international community to your illegality. Everyone knows the legal status, it is just that the US have allowed you to run roughshod over it for their own interest reasons.
As if you have any legal status, pull the other one it has bells on it.

I did say I learned from my activities in the UK. The FCO have been very reluctant to say. Their fallback has always been the UN.

projects such as these is clear proof that Ankara has no intention of any solutions to the Cyprus problem, they don't have a leg to stand on as to who's fault it will be when the collapse finally comes and it will.

My only annoyance in all this is why the RoC does not take legal action against these foreign companies for violating our territorial waters.

is that the same so called "Regime" the Greek Cypriots beg to sign a UN Mandate and the Cease Fire Agreement with! Dare you to not sign them!

Stop tricking your people into believing that the TRNC is not recognised by the Greek Cyprito lead South.
