Where you go wrong repulse is that you are trying to run before you walk, there is no we just two sides north and south, one tied to Turkey and the other tied to mama EU they call the shots not you.

How do you suggest you go about creating a we as the last 50 years the GCs have been abysmal of trying to create any form of unity, in fact you have rejected the only real opportunity we had.

...if you spoke for Cyprus, first, i could applaud the effort you have put into the Cyprus Problem. in effect i am here defending a position where neither "Greek" or "Turkish" arguments are valid, but fortunately i am not alone. indeed, it is quite clear, when it comes to Cypriots they have to stick together, in any circumstance, the notion of a "mother" root (beyond this island) is of no value in solving the issues which confront us in a world that has moved even beyond the Modern Age.

could you, you personally, handle a Greek state because there is a Turkish state, (and why not others?), within a Cypriot State. say it, because this is the Turkish idea, Bicommunal (and now Bizonal) that Greeks took as a compromise worth working toward, firstly as members of a larger family called Man, and then, as Cypriots. demand it, because it frees the Republic from having to be the representatives of the vast majority as Greeks. act accordingly because it is the only chance for this island unfettered of interlocutors, and the subjugation which comes with it.

Just to update on the fairy tale story as it's doing the rounds again...

Press of the Occupied Areas full of "project of the century" or "kktc su temin projesi" over the weekend.

All singing from the same hymn-sheet with practically identical story-lines, same photos, all reproducing a story originating from one source, all being fed from the one origin, the Turkish State News Agency, Anadolu Agency.

For what it's worth, when I was in Turkey last week, I asked my brother in law about this water project and that he was under the impression from what he read, that it was half finished in laying the pipes across the Med to Cyprus. He pointed out that it was the first in the world for building such a project. I'm just shocked that we in the west do not have any information on this project if it's half finished already.

Lets just put it this way the water will arrive long before the gas, as for pictures you can just wait we know the suspense is killing you so lets not put you out of your misery, eye witness reports are saying the projectt is very impressive and is on track to be completed in 2014. When it arrives you can evaporate into thin air with jealousy bill or make all the excuses under the sun to try and hide your stupidity which Ill tell you upfront is not possible...chavs are chavs.
