How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

...exactly, who distributes the water? And why therefore do "they" have exclusive rights to any water other than what they, from Turkey, receive, free?

...no, it will end up as Cypriot water, Peace water, not piece water, so says Erdogan.

any agreement now will have to be re-worked after the peace agreement. the tcs will be able to tell erdogan where to get off regrading the water other then what they supply. and even that can be delivered by a cypriot company.

Hate to be saying this, but is it no surprise there is such a disagreement over who manages the water. The idiots in the north find it fit to throw surplus Citrus into ponds in Morphou , cannot understand you font allow sewage to pour into the sea at Kyrenia and dairy surplus on fields in Morphou. They're really so stupid that they cannot fathom they are creating an environmental disaster. Do you honestly think they can be trusted to tell the difference between salt water and water suitable for agriculture and... Even drinking?

Just don't be pouring any of it on my land. They ain't got permission.

These illegals don't have anyone's permission, they are just criminals with clout, squatting in other peoples properties.

..."gifted" so to speak, to Cyprus (the Republic) means retribution, recognition, from both is Justice seen; and their own ties strengthened.

...who knows, speaking of pipelines, plans are for Russia, with Turkey, to transport gaz to Europe, through Greece.

Water to Lebanon, from Turkey, through Cyprus, at that point is not so unrealistic.
