Pyropolizer, Its probably just as well that you have had nothing to do with the engineering of this project. Your first post on this topic, on 2nd Feb 2013 hardly convinces anyone of your expertise.

You will be convinced when you see the bill. Just compare how much electricity you need to send one ton of water to the roof of your building.
Then imagine how much it will be needed to send it over the mountains to Nicosia, or to the East like Famagusta etc.
Why do you think the Turks want to assign the job to a private company? Is it for you to get it free or for you to pay or else su yok.

the supply company will charge for distribution. how fuckin many times you are really beyond belief. as the local authorities are already doing this and have been doing it for decades, why change distributor. i would have thought you would be pleased that the tcs are saying to this point and no more. but you seem to be as thick as the rest.

A Turkish official cited ineffective collection of payments and the need for investment in infrastructure in Cyprus as reasons for Turkey’s opposition.

the Turkish side called for the opening of a tender as maintenance, repair and water purification works need expertise, something that the municipalities do not have, according to Turkey, due to financial problems

wateris free ffs ow many times do we have to say it.

you what tcs don pay for electricity. who told you that. of course they do, you are mixing up the tcs in the north and those who live in the buffer zone. but even they pay for it, its just you pebol are too stupid to send them the bill. if you dont send the bill you dont get paid. but dont worry your friendly electricity board in the north is collecting the money so just let em know you changed your mind and you want your money after all. if you don pay your bill in the north you get cut off mate. you are really being fed bullshit no wonder you is resembling a fukin mushroom everyday.

...yes; who is taking care of the infrastructure since '74?

...60% of it, the water i mean, is lost, because of how well this infrastructure was taken care of.

...of course there will be cake holes to feed, but isn't that always the case, hmmm?
...it seems the quarrel revolves around who will get "theirs", first.

Oh I see the water was going to the municipalities dirty and muddy and the municipalities did all the fine job. Are you kidding us now?
You are not in a position to dictate terms to the Turks.
All you have to tell us is whose pocket all that money is going to end up eventually. Your pocket or Turkeys pocket?
