Land Ownership by Ethnic Group:

60.9% - Greek/Armenian/Maronite Cypriots
12.3% - Turkish Cypriots
0.5% - Others
26.3% - State/Church Land

gr state and church land cannot be included as one. you should know that. church land is included in the gc private land percentage.
as to 12% tc lands is laughable.

30% of state land belongs to the tcs so does 30% of british bases and resources.

it makes no difference what the percentage is in any case. about 10% will be given back, the rest will be exchanged. there is only one wy to exchange and that is using current values. you aint going to get a donum of my larnaca land for a donum of girne or karpaz land or even drigomo land. fair is fair right.

Show us where in the constitution it says that 30% of state land and 30% resources and 30% of the British bases belongs to the TCs.
As for the criteria on how the property issue will be solved, show us the agreement, not your neither Akinci's wishes.Your criteria are REJECTED.
btw your land at softades at Larnaca district is worth zilch compared to land at Larnaca town. Sweet dreams

What is said is that 18 per cent of the population are mysteriously entitled to 30 per cent of everything, public service jobs, resources, income, land, while all the other five communities of the island will have to make do with the 70 per cent. A per capita proportion says it even more clearly, every TC gets twice as much as any individual belonging to any of the other communities of the island.

The only qualification for this differentiation is racial origin.

This is not only the position of people like Lordo, it has been officially proposed by the TC negotiator Namil citing "viability" as a justification.

you really have to make your minds up. either you is capitalist or communist.

in capitalist countries 5% of the populations own 95% of the wealth and 95% of the population own 5% of the wealth. considering when the ottomans came along you had nothing, zero zilch as it were, i would have thought you would be happy with 70%.
