I do recall reading somewhere that as an "equal community" the Turkish Cypriots are entitled to an equal share of government owned land, that's how they justify their excessive claims - what a load of bollocks.

gr state and church land cannot be included as one. you should know that. church land is included in the gc private land percentage.
as to 12% tc lands is laughable.

30% of state land belongs to the tcs so does 30% of british bases and resources.

it makes no difference what the percentage is in any case. about 10% will be given back, the rest will be exchanged. there is only one wy to exchange and that is using current values. you aint going to get a donum of my larnaca land for a donum of girne or karpaz land or even drigomo land. fair is fair right.
