what do you know about gravity fed water supply.

since you know everything about gravity fed water, i have a water tank at my orchard that's placed on a tower 3 meters high. I fill the tank from a water well.
The pipe from the bottom of the tank goes 2 meters horizontal then straight down to ground level to a water tap. Every time the tank gets empty and I fill it up, the water refuses to flow. It flows "damla damla'. Why?

We are from Cyprus and we know some orientation of the area. If the sea was behind the mountain, yes, the water might be coming from the sea.

This is a sewage pipe, and you can see the old smaller sewage pipe right next to it. It's been flowing for a long time now hence the plantation at the edges.
As for it's diameter look at the man's arm.Most grownups arm is about 60cm.

As for the flow rate.
Put 10 lordos in a 10 different toilets, to shit and flash them simultaneously.Then watch what happens

It's been know a long time ago....
TURKEY will appoint a PRIVATE company who will deal with the distribution of water. (if it ever arrives i.e which imo will be never). As far as I know the TCs got used in NOT paying any bills, either for water, electricity etc. At least that was the case some years ago.
Imagine what will happen with this PRIVATE company...

I am still waiting for the expert on gravity fed water to explain me why the hell water doesn't flow from my tank after it gets empty and I fill it up. It's a REAL CASE, i shake the pipe,kick it, nothing! It simply refuses to flow.
Here's the drawing. It puzzled me for a long time and ever since I don't let the tank go full empty. The reason is not rocket science though.It was just unexpected.
