A further violation to tge RoC sovereign rights. What right does a third country have to make these violations. There is no international law that accepts this, this is a pure case of might is right supported by the US and others.

If there is water inside the pipe and water around the outside of the pipe, there will be no difference in pressure at all.The article says that the pipe is at present filled with sea/ salt water. All they will do is open the valves in Turkey and flush the salt water out on the TRNC side and then they are good to go.

First time I 've seen a pipe taking a U-turn for no reason
first time I 've seen the last piece of a pipe been at least 5 km from destination.
First time I 've seen a pipe bending like a withered cucumber when got slightly emerged. How long will it last??

That would be right if the entire length of pipe was at the same depth but where it enters and leaves the land it would, I imagine, be in shallow water where the sea pressure is less so there will be a differential unless there is a device in the pipeline that reduces the internal pressure as it emerges from the depths.

If Lordo can understand this perhaps he can explain.
