So is it a matter of "beleiving" now, like some religious fools beleive in whatever fairy tales they tell them?
No my dear it's a matter of evidence.
So far so many people presented you tens of reasons-evidence and facts pointing to the conclusion that this so called project will never materialize.
You presented some very weak points like seeing the unloading of some pipes, people who saw the irrigation network they are building near the dam in Turkey etc.
So
a)if this project is ever completed I will say you failed miserably in providing us the convincing information we asked for.
b)If this project never materializes I will say that you failed miserably in understanding the overwhelming evidence, and you behaved like a religious blind beleiver.
So you still have time to give us convincing information that this project will in fact materialize. Start from the name of the Engineering firm who made the specifications, designs and drawings.
