Corruption and Incompetence are two charges often used to describe the Rubbish Regime of "trnc".
The Trades Unions Platform (KTOS) in the Occupied Areas are highlighting the deplorable state of the roads and their tardy repair in the Occupied Areas by voluntarily give up of their time to do public works that the Illegal Regime are failing to do.
KTOS ask why the "highways department" don't fill in the ruts and ditches in the roads up there.
They have carried out an action, albeit one they describe as "symbolic", to fill in some ruts in "trnc" roads, further saying that the funds were provided not by Turkey or the EU but by CY Trades Unionists and that they are "proud of any inconvenience"...!
A spokes for the CY Unions up there further says they'll continue to be a nuisance to the "authorities" of "trnc".

...reminded me of the road in Karpas, money enough when it comes to the 'ambassador's' concerns; and right away, in time for a (read: more permanent destruction of natural beauty) festival.
