Its a mess and not likely to get better they are begging for money from Troyka but the Germans want them to come clean about all the money laundering they do and Russia will only help if the EU give money. How sweet is karma :wink:

i have heard from a source that turkey has offered them a loan and they are considering it. but the condition is they give up all their rights to the sea.
