The Bequer Tools – CSS3 Machines for Web Developers

The Bequer Tools is a collection of cross-browser visual CSS-3 compliant designer-generators for web script professionals and amateurs alike. The program provides the CSS designer with a full set of property settings for every object right down to the last detail, to fine tune styling with exceptional accuracy and flexibility, and to provide the ability to explore the potential of multitudes of CSS-3 styling combinations that are possible.

Where required the generated CSS script fully supports "-webkit-", "-moz-", "-ms-", "-o-" and plain engine prefixes in the correct order, thereby offering the widest possible scope of support in the browser engine market. The script generated is entirely in lowercase avoiding any conflicts with Javascript variables and every effort has been made to avoid repetitive or redundant code via meticulous logic.

The Bequer Tools provide a true WYSIWYG graphical environment resulting in the script generated having the exact screen output and behavior as what is experienced during the design stage. This leads to unprecedented design times with Tables as an example, taking just 2-3 minutes to design and generate as opposed to the many hours usually required when done manually.

The Bequer Tools will pay for itself from the very first design you create saving you thousands in the process from the dramatically reduced labor time as nothing takes more than 2-3 minutes to create!

The Bequer Tools is a Local Web App so it runs directly in your browser right in the environment you are working in, and the quality of the CSS-3 script it generates is second to none so besides unsurpassed CSS-3 support, at the click of a button the Bequer Tools also offers:

* Instant WYSIWYG Grab & Go CSS-3 script

* Instant error/bug reporting via email

* Instant W3C CSS-3 cut & paste validation

It just doesn't get any safer or more automated than that! In fact any more automated and you might as well buy ready made software!

No no. Like how would someone go about positioning the navigation bar on top of the website?

I currently use this for my agile development. http://twitter.github.com/bootstrap/

You can enclose anything you want in HTML in a container and position it wherever you want like this…

<div style="position:absolute; left:100px; top:200px;">

// your navigation bar table script goes in here!

</div>

Looks like you did a lot of work there GR! If this is a Web App then why don't you put it online so we can test it... and how can it be windows only? Web Apps should run on any platform as long the browser used has the required features. One thing I noticed from quickly browsing the screenshots is that it seems that your use of vendor prefixes is not entirely correct. For example there was never any "-ms-border-radius" or "-o-border-radius", just "-webkit-border-radius" and "-moz-border-radius". But even webkit based browsers and Firefox support the standard "border-radius" for many versions now so you really don't need any vendor prefixes for border-radius anymore.
