 tell you what...your boys ever make it out of the CFA 3rd division we'll let your captains shine shoes at APOEL.

Can you just imagine the GCs if Çetinkaya win the league and go forward to Europe, that would make history and the Gcs sick to their stomachs, they would probably use all "legal" means to pull out of the tournament.

Regardless of all these fanfare, football is a dirty business today and includes among other things MONEY LAUNDERING.
How proud could anyone be for supporting a football team in which not even one Cypriot is playing?

So you will support teams with only Cypriots players.

I was actually a top sports player until some years ago... now I teach others, and I do it for pleasure not for the money.
I could always make money from bets, but never did that, it's simply against by ethics.

In my opinion, football (soccer) is an overrated sport and I believe it brings out the worse in the fans and the players. Most hardcore football fans are bunch of losers to begin with where they take the game to be far more serious than most serious things in life. These are the really sad people, except out good friend DT that is. There's just too much of it on the TV to begin with and the players are over paid to what they do. It is mainly a game of luck and there's hardly any consistence in performance by the players. Each game is a crap shoot. I have "supported" Chelsea all my life but I was not upset when they got kicked out by Swansea the other day. In fact, I was happy they got kicked out after the Chelsea's asshole player kicked the ball boy in the guts.
