the vote was in favour of of replacing one foreign master with anotherm base a 1000 km away, that would have sucked Cyprus dry of money and talent,

And for a reality check the distance between Athens and Cyprus is the same as the distance between London and the Scottish Isle of Lewis, about 820Km. The distance between London and the Falkland Islands is 12500Km. Now what do you have to say colonialist pig?

When have I ever promoted any colonial control of Cyprus ? I have only ever called for the government of Cyprus by Cypriots in Cyprus. I even think the SBA should be abolished.

the vote was in favour of replacing one (wealthy and progressive) foreign master with a (fucking incompetent pauper) 1000 km away, that would have sucked Cyprus dry of money and talent

Had to fix up your post a bit...

Bullshit. You know very well that when Cyprus is alone it will be under the control of the Turks and the British. That is why you don't want Cyprus to be like Crete: FREE!

Britain had already sucked Cyprus dry!

Where is the money for the minerals Britain stole?

Where is the compensation for the century of misery and starvation Britain caused by denying us road-building and Dam constructions?

Where is the half of our country Britain made the Turks feel they had a right to?

Mind if your post is similarly corrected our GR...???

As is soooo abundantly clear in soooo many ways, claimed "ethnicities" in CY have always come with a price and as just one example...

The alleged "motherland", the source of one of the claimed "ethneeeceeeeties has sucked CY dry... to the tune of 10 Billion Euros in recent years and all given away by silly buggers.

... Now wouldn't it be nice if the Government of the Atheneucians were to give an undertaking to re-pay all of that ...???
