Stavros Malas, independent candidate for the Presidency of the Republic in the coming 17th of February 2013 elections supported by AKEL Cyprus, has initiated a petition so that the debt of the banks be removed from the shoulders of people through a direct recapitalization process by the European Stability Mechanism.
