How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

The very first step is to start returning land to the RoC until the occupied drops down to 18%.
Assuming you do that you will still need to work further it won't come easy, all you will have at that point is reasonable chances.

Under current conditions you can only dream about recognition.

As for getting the help of the USA via Turkey, just forget it, they have already invested too much in Turkey and they are constantly on the danger of having created another Iran or Iraq.
For the moment the USA is concentrating on Syria's future anyway.

Land adjustment could be part of the overall deal struck with other countries for recognition once it is understood that the 2 sides cannot strike a deal.

As for the issue of US support if natural resources are at stake anything is possible, with Turkeys good relations with the US and the turn of gas anything is possible.

We have to move forward without the GCs as the world is gradually understanding which side rejects solution after solution and demands open ended more like never ending negotiations purely for the sake of stupid refugees, we have use our opportunities to show the world that we deserve to be recognized.

Actually the Americans dominate the gas reserves of the Arabs ONLY. There are other reserves worldwide where the Americans have absolutely no say, but French, Koreans, Russians etc do.
The Americans are not really interested in anything else other that the security and steady flow of these resources.

As for how you could possibly get your dream for recognition come true, don't try to negotiate with me. I just told you my opinion from there do whatever you like.

If its in the interest of the big boys and we can convince them of that then they will recognize us regardless of what the GCs say or do.

What do you have that the big boys need for you to convince them to recognize you in return to what you will give them?

...seven countries doesn't work.

...you won't help yourself.

...and you rely on handouts from Turkey, and hopefully the deals Turkey can make under the table.

...recognition; not as a State, that's for sure.

I found this by doing a brief search online and apparently (according to the source) there are 8 criteria which must be met in order to define the TTTT as an independent State/country. The TTTT needs only to fail on one of these 8 criteria and it will never be recognized. This list may not be exhaustive but it will serve the purpose to briefly outline what is needed for recognition.

1. Has space or territory that has internationally recognized boundaries (boundary disputes are OK). FAIL
2. Has people who live there on an ongoing basis.
3. Has economic activity and an organized economy. A country regulates foreign and domestic trade and issues money. FAIL
3. Has the power of social engineering, such as education.
4. Has a transportation system for moving goods and people.
6. Has a government that provides public services and police power. FAIL
7. Has sovereignty. No other should have power over the country's territory. FAIL
8. Has external recognition. A country has been "voted into the club" by other countries. FAIL

The TTTC will never be an independent country/state, but it can become a state like California, Texas or Washington where the USA is the country. It can also become a state like Scotland, Wales or Northern Island where the country is the UK. The TTTT can only become a state of Cyprus absorbed by the government of the republic of Cyprus. Even if Turkey annexes the North, the TTTT would not become a state of Turkey because there will still be failures meeting all 8 criteria outlined above.

Yes, a pretty decent list of the necessary criteria but as you say Maxi, not a comprehensive one.

The most glaring omission in these modern times...

9. One whose claim to territory is the result of the Invasion and Occupation of an existing Sovereign State, contrary to the UN Charter.

...and there are prob other omissions...

Bill, that is covered in points 1, 7 and 8 in my opinion. Cyprus has power over the TTTT's territory. it is also others who are conducting their foreign affairs based on international law as is Cyprus. the TTTT couldn't get the vote to join the club because the whole shebang is illegal and everyone know's it. Turkey also violates many of the points but specifically point 7 by virtue of occupying it. If Turkey withdraws militarily, the TTTT will collapse. The TTTT does not have sovereignty and very probably couldn't obtain it full stop.
