Oh I see, CG is throwing a strop because someone has a different opinion to his and is now calling in his misogynistic mate for support. The one with a penchant for trolling with derogatory terms. Labeling Cypriots as prostitutes because his inhibited compatriots think anyone from the "Island of Aphrodite" is called "Cyprian" and hence synonymous with "prostitute".

Just to add one 19th century slang term for prostitute was Cyprian,,,,just as male homosexualism was described as Athenian,,,,

Did I label anyone? In a discussion in which you introduced 19th century prostitution in Cyprus by quoting a chunk from Wikipedia that contained no references or links to the sources of information upon which that particular section of the item was based , which makes it a very suspect item, I simply reported a then slang term for prostitute. Have you ever found me referring to Cypriots as Cyprians?
As a term it has long fallen in to desuitude so the modern user of the term would probably not appreciate the connotations,
