open fuel Stations

Postby supporttheunderdog » Fri Jan 04, 2013 7:02 am

I suggest that if anyone sees an open F/S that they post details here:

BTW I Just wonder hwo many people reasonably close to the Green LIne will pop-over to the illegal rgime side and fill-up. Could be an increasingly popular option in any event as duty and VAT have gone up on fuel, raisng the price by 7 or 8 cents and aperantly the total price differential could be as much as 15 cents a litre,

They have discovered in the UK that once the fuel duty reaches the ridiculous levels it is at now (~60%), there are a number of increasingly popular options available to motorists - especially those driving diesel vehicles...

I wonder if the increased fuel revenue will match the increased cost of trying to catch motorists that haven't paid the full duty?

No, just use PV panels. Hopefully you don't need to drive faster than 0.1 km/hour.

I noticed that you can now buy cooking oil at the supermarket now for less than diesel at the pumps....

I wonder how many people are having *koff* heating diesel delivered to their houses that haven't bought it before... :P

the price of converting cooking oil to a useable fuel is as low as about 8 p a litre plus the cost of the oil....a chippy can be good supply source for cheap used oils, provided filtered for BCB's.
