The hasty and very amateurish "trnc" Turkish State oil/gas company's attempts to drill only succeeded in leaving behind an environmental disaster which has the locals in the area up in arms cos they are saying that the water supply from their aquifer has been contaminated by the drilling.

Turkey had high hopes that the US would sell it two frigates.

The House of Reps approved the transfer a couple of days ago but the Bill to transfer failed in Congress yesterday.

Result... Turkiye very disappointed... and NO SALE.

I didn't 'suggest' - I was being sarcastic about their oil-drilling attempts, rubbish collections and their lack of realistic problem solving skills.

Anyway, let's hope US/NATO keep thwarting Turkey's attempts to build up weapons of mass destruction.

If you don't trust the Greeks, you should never have entered into our territories. Proving once again that Turks are the aggressors and the Greeks are forced to defend themselves.
