I have personally downloaded the whole google earth for the area of Cyprus at zoom levels 1-18. I have it all on my GPS and can use it offline anytime I wish. It gets updated about once a year.
Cyprus I mean the Roc has 2 SATELITES of her own, have been launched some 8 years ago

Aha! The purpose of life is to get married and have legitimate children!

Regardless of that, I just mentioned that the RoC has launched 2 Satellites some years ago, for the mere fact that it's not a big deal today to launch satellites. In fact it was the Chinese who did the job for the RoC just like they did it for Turkey recently.
I am sure the superpowers and Israel itself must have some tens of satellites.

Imagine just for GPS you get data from 13-26 of them
