And yet by not voting Malas you are prepared to let Anastasiades give Turkey and the Imperialists everything they want in return for, oh, nothing!

..and if we vote for Malas Turkey will be able to buy us for about €1.50!

Malas? Malas?   AKEL is a lost cause, haven't they done enough damage and you are even thinking Malas??

Anastasiades is even worst, the biggest fear of the GC is that he WILL sell us out to the turks. Then who else is left, seriously, there is no one worthy to vote.

I guess we deserve the leaders we get. It's an old boys club, the chair just goes round and round, whilst they all get rich and stuff the sorry faces, all the while the average man suffers.

These Turkish Cypriots are our brothers and sisters and they deserve all the solidarity we can muster. All your identity is pure ego. I wouldn't mind being in union with Turkey if it were a progressive country. My issue is with imperialism not culture. The more culture I can call my own the richer I am. As a Greek Cypriot I am trying to stake my claim to Turkish culture, not get rid of it. I am stronger and better for being both Turkish and Greek, for being Cypriot. I am not a traitor, I am a new man.

wow, right on mate!

One unconfirmed report that burial and water workers have joined the strike in solidarity with the arrested CYs and that the water supply to the Occupied Part of Nicosia has been cut off.

Didn't Bagis the clown say that we got water from the occupied areas? How will we manage?

I had better get some extra supplies of KEO in so we don't die of thirst!

Bill cobbett it wet behind the ears.

Let the Turks moan about other Turks. They have not to date made any attempts to give back the property which they illegally occupy.

Right wing? It appears to me some of the contributors are supporters of outright neo nazi movements like GD and and they are rapidly turning the forum into joke where too few others are now willing to take part for any length of time.

Not that Communism is any better than the Facism of eg Golden Dawn or Elam.
