No more than any other country and certainly much less than racist Scotland which makes English students pay for university fees unlike others and also racist Britain, home to the racist parties like Conservatives, UKIP, BNP, EDF (make up some 60% of the electorate).

Happy Hogmanay and a merry free Scotland! :)

Another lie: with the exception of BNP of GIG's new beloved Nick Griffin, and EDF which I think is a power compny (or do you mean the holigans of the EDL which is not a party but a loose organistion of racisr thugs: the party they are affiated to is the cultuarlist BFP) it is not the parties that are racist but some individuals with in them,,,indeed one could name many organisations as racist as within them thy have some individuals who are racist.

Yes many, many racist parties in the UK, constantly changing their names.

MP says there are racists in all political parties, including Conservatives

No Greece is not a racist state.

But, many Greek people are racist and probably a little more racist than many other countries. This is probably because Greeks have not had the same exposure to other people like the UK for instance.

There are some racist political movements in Greece such as GD but these movements exist elsewhere as well. This does not mean that the State is racist unless GD come to power which is unlikely.

There's no evidence to suggest that exposure to foreigners and their habits make people less racist. Some of the most welcoming to strangers (among Greeks and other people) are those who have had the least exposure. And some of the most racist (like Brits) are those forced to live in multicultural ghettos.

I was not talking about hospitality. Greece is doing fine there. They are generally hospitable and kind.

With respect to immigration and immigrants, they do provide inadequate support when compared to other countries such as the UK which is why we are seeing many social problems with immigrants. Simply put, the UK has been taking in immigrants for a very long time and they seem to provide them with the support to establish themselves in their new country. This means that the immigrants integrate far better in the UK than in Greece.

And yes Greece is getting very racist and we see this in Cyprus as well. I believe we are a little more racist than the Brits.
