"Mania" is from the Greeks of the Mani who fought like MANIACS the lily-livered washout flops like you!

Meanwhile, those who decree who is up and who is down have re-cast the dice:

What a great idea.

If Greece introduces a coffee tax, then the National Debt will be paid off more quickly.

But Cyprus would benefit from such a tax as much as Greece.

What about doubling tobacco taxes? The habit is bad for people's health anyway, and they will probably die so why not tax them more for placing a bigger burden on Health Services?

cool. i think the government should also put a tax on stupidity, thus avoiding the need to actually pay the president - not to mention a large percentage of other public sector workers - anything at all!

Already done, by all accounts. Price of hand-rolling and pipe baccy has apparently already gone up. That's going to upset the spliff makers and with GYO Ganja it might make the baccy filler the most expensve part - which will be particulary upsetting if turns out to be fake baccy reported as being sold in the Pafos area (and upon which probably little duty is paid) .

Now that is serious for the smokers - fake baccy.
