If we round the CY population at about 1,000,000 and the loans from the Troika are for 17 Billion Euros, that's an average of 17,000 Euros for every man, woman and child...!!!
... and if we look at the Good Money earned by hard-working CYs and thrown by reckless and greedy CY bankers at their friends in the Trash Can of the Greek Banks (doubtlessly lubricated by a few fageloukia) and if we do the same calculation for the bank recapitalisation of 10 Billion Euros that alone amounts to 10,000 Euros for every single CY...!

Tragic for the workers.
EAC officials have rejected a government request for a loan of 100 million euros, as the state faces bankruptcy according to reports.
The Electricity Authority Board met soon after the parliamentary finance committee concluded its session to consider the government request .
A board high official denied reports that the government's request had been turned down and added that deliberations on the issue are still going on.
