that is some difficulty you have me ed. i think the idea of a citizen is your problem. roc citizen earning a wage below certain level is entitled to free health care. thats the law. to give gcs under these circumstances this facility and deny to tcs makes it a racist policy.

However, those individual citizens that opt-out of their citizenship obligations (i.e. their social contract), whether they are GCs, TCs or any other ethnic group, usually when they reside in areas outside their governments direct control, limits what they are entitled to.

So what you are saying is that the TC who has always lived in the north through no fault of his own is to be discriminated against for living in the north, or not accepting the documentation he can produce from the north...this reeks of double standards and manipulated laws to the benefit of specific citizens namely GCs. If the same law was applied to all citizens regardless of where they live as its you that claims they are all equal and you represent them reaping the benefits then you should be bound to treat them all equally. But the GC goal is to exclude the Tcs this is nothing new lets hope we TCs can use this opportunity to prove once again that the GCs do not represent us in any shape or form and that we are a separate people and state.

you are beyond belief where did you get the idea that tcs are minorities. you must be joking. founding nations can never be minorities. this stupidity wil lead to two states never mind federation or confederation. have you learnt nothing from the past 50 years. tcs have never been and have never and will never accept a minority status.

so the ones who reside in the north can have representation but no health care according to roc law.
