ahhhh i see now you are begining to understand. you see it is a democratic and a free country. my family always visited gc doctors before 1974. because we are not racists. the reason why tcs visit the doctors in the south is because they are not racists. dont get me wrong the gcs are racists it is the tcs that are not racists.

So the TCs are going to GC doctors not because it is free health service, because they get free service in the north also, but because the GCs are racists (doctors too I assume), so this means what really, that the TCs are some kind of Masochist and are glutton for punishment? My family is not entitled of free Med care at the Government hospitals...
So I go to private hospitals/clinics. It costs A LOT..a simple operation might cost around 2-3000 Euros, if you need something really serious you might consider selling your house to pay the medical bills.
Guess how many Kibrisli patients I see there at the private clinics, paying a hell lot of money out of their own pocket just like I do.

Last week I was at a petrol station and there entered an old man accompanied by another 2 friends talking with funny accent.In the beginning I thought he was probably a Pontian, or some foreign worker. He had a piece of paper in hand it was from the Government hospital, sending him to a specialist;s lab. The old man asked if anyone knew where that lab was, someone told him previously it was near but he couldn't find it. The petrol station owner had a look on the paper and said "there it is on the first floor of the next building". The old man looked poor and sad. I looked at the sign on the first floor, the lab was a specialized one for cancer diseases. The old man asked if it would be ok to leave his car parked there in the gas station, because there was no other place nearby for him to park. The owner said OK no problem... The car was an old junk, with license plates of the pseudo state.
I really felt sad for the man's condition.
