The north will never be recognised without the consent of the ROC. If the Israelis, with their huge leverage over the US, can't get recognition for the land they have stolen how the hell will Turkey manage it, dream on.
Besides, most of Turkey's foreign investment comes from Europe and half its exports go there, as Turkey moves away from the EU its economy will go tits up as European investors lose interest in the country, even Erdo's not that daft.
you sound like a husband in the 1850s where women were not allowed divorce. you control freaks can go to hell. if the tcs want independence you will have no choice. but it is true independence will inevitably be achieved at the barrel of a gun. it is never given lightly. but as old gr used to say perhaps after a few thousand deaths you will change your tune.
"At the barrel of a gun" sounds like a threat, who are you going to fight for genuine independence, the ROC, Turkey or to gain international recognition are you going to take on the whole world?
Stop throwing your toys out of the pram Lordo, grow up and face reality.
Which reality would that be exactly? is it the fact that you have lost control of 37% of your country and have no chance of ever getting back or that you are in financial turmoil begging the EU to bail you out? When will you wake up to understand that your cuurent stance will guarantee the future of the TRNC, thank you.
And you have lost control of your mind; frankly I doubt you ever had control of it. You omitted illegally when you referred to the 37% of occupied territory. So, will the rule of international law prevail or Turkey’s “might is right” win the day, I have little doubt that ultimately justice (in the legal sense) will prevail.
You have not got a clue about “realities” VP. You were/are wrong about Turkey’s desire to join the EU and you are wrong about the end game in Cyprus.
