The north will never be recognised without the consent of the ROC. If the Israelis, with their huge leverage over the US, can't get recognition for the land they have stolen how the hell will Turkey manage it, dream on.

Besides, most of Turkey's foreign investment comes from Europe and half its exports go there, as Turkey moves away from the EU its economy will go tits up as European investors lose interest in the country, even Erdo's not that daft.

you sound like a husband in the 1850s where women were not allowed divorce. you control freaks can go to hell. if the tcs want independence you will have no choice. but it is true independence will inevitably be achieved at the barrel of a gun. it is never given lightly. but as old gr used to say perhaps after a few thousand deaths you will change your tune.

"At the barrel of a gun" sounds like a threat, who are you going to fight for genuine independence, the ROC, Turkey or to gain international recognition are you going to take on the whole world?

Stop throwing your toys out of the pram Lordo, grow up and face reality.

Which reality would that be exactly? is it the fact that you have lost control of 37% of your country and have no chance of ever getting back or that you are in financial turmoil begging the EU to bail you out? When will you wake up to understand that your cuurent stance will guarantee the future of the TRNC, thank you.

And you have lost control of your mind; frankly I doubt you ever had control of it. You omitted illegally when you referred to the 37% of occupied territory. So, will the rule of international law prevail or Turkey’s “might is right” win the day, I have little doubt that ultimately justice (in the legal sense) will prevail.

You have not got a clue about “realities” VP. You were/are wrong about Turkey’s desire to join the EU and you are wrong about the end game in Cyprus.

jerry when eoga started fighting the britts were they throwing the dummy out of the pram. there is not a single independence on earth that was granted. all were won at the barrel of a gun. this will be no different. when the tcs decide to go for it you will reap the consequences.

Jesus Christ, he's making up history now. I did not know that the Canadians, Australians and New Zealanders fought for independence.

Go do some reasearch into the history of how those countries came about then we can talk like intelligent adults.

thank you for educating me jerry. i did not realise the aboriginies were granted independence. was it before or after they were pushed over the clif tops. as to the canadians when were the local indians given independence in canada. i remember reading an incident when marlon brando joined the local people for their fight. the english started firing at them. one of the indians turned around and asked mr brando what do we now mr brando. he replied shoot back. of course they were granted their independence jerry. i don't think i need to mention what happened in newzeland do i. if you need any help understanding that too dont be shy to ask.
just a matter of interest are you aware how may people france murdered before algeria won their independence. just asking.
have a nice day now.

Both the idiots believe that the natives of Australia etc were the inhabitants of States. Statehood was achieved, without a shot being fired, from Britain by the settlers not the aborigines & indians.

Here is a man who takes pride in having leaned nothing of the Cyprus problems other than how to violate others Human Rights, just because he watched others doing it first.

You would have been a great student of Nazi Adolf Hitler by watching him also.

I guess you just settled for only reading about him. Similar results with you all the same!

i did not read to lean anything from anybody as you said. you will find some of us suffered.

let me let you into a secret. If you read the CIA book on torture, you will understand about human behaviour.

sure we had excellent teachers grivas makarios papadobillos yorgadjis goshis and lasarides but to count a few. they were very good. 10 out of 10 for them.

but enough of education for one day.
