now about this idea that only legalities exist in the eu, how about that. can you believe it. a union in a country refusing to accept as a member a tc. with all the accession criteria for cyprus to join. how the hell did happen. thats what i want to know. and this is a union. what other racists swinery lurks in the back ground.

Lordo, if you're wondering why the (north-inhabiting) TCs (who are nevertheless enjoying freebies courtesy of RoC) are excluded from the EU, best ask your leaders from Turkey!

ARTICLE 87
1. The Communal Chambers shall, in relation to their respective Community, have competence to exercise within the limits of this Constitution and subject to paragraph 3 of this Article, legislative power solely with regard to the following matters:-

(a) all religious matters;
(b) all educational, cultural and teaching matters;

please somebody explain how such an illegality can exist in the eu. does it exist anywhere else. not forgetting that this tc has an eu passport and is the citizen of the country. now which other union in any other country will not allow a citizen to join it on race grounds.
