Like I said before under other threads, counting VOTES (not percentages) of both GCs and TCs, the NO votes were in total (adding up both communities) 65%.

That is democracy. And if you like democracy so much, I suggest you hold a referendum in the North tomorrow about whether the Turkish Army and the Turkish settlers should stay or go. Dare. Or be silent.

very interesting but for dare to work both sides must stand to lose for being wrong. how about it. there is a website which is only turkish cypriots number 7000. now dare we ask them such question to see how many say yes. and if no more then 10% say yes then what.

...for any peace plan, bicommunally speaking, to work it must be negociated by the Constituencies themselves, their unanimous agreement would allow its submital to the Republic; you want democracy?

but average fanatic is not interested in true democracy, democracy for both communities. what they want is one man one vote where they can dictate and reduce the tcs to a minority. thats what eoga wanted in 1955 and the reason was enosis. and to this day they do not realise what this thought has done to cyprus.

just like when zhou enli was asked in the 70s to comment on the impact of the french revolution. he replied to early to tell. in about 200 or even perhaps 2000 years it may time to comment on enosis and its impact.

enjoy.

You have enosis in the north, so tell us what we missed. The elements are all there- same currency as the foreign "motherland", same admiistrative and legal systems, large scale renaming of place names, ethnic exclusion of all other communities. You should be an expert on enosis by now.

You mean you want to have the 7,000 TMT vote on behalf of all the 80,000-100,000 Turkish Cypriots?
