Hi! I am a student in France and will study in the University of Nicosia from January to June 2005. I am looking for an accommodation for this period. Could anyone tell me how to proceed? Besides, I would like to know how I can get internet service for only six months and phone cheap to France. Thanks for your help in advance.

Best way is to conduct the university about accommodation. If it is the University of Cyprus you are talking about then they should be able to help you.

You can get internet service from any ISP and pay per month (or for 6 months if you wish). If you have a credit card, you can subscribe online or by calling the ISP. If you don't then you will have to visit one of their offices or resellers.

If you don't want to subscribe with any ISP then you can use cytanet for all.

You can also by prepaid internet cards.

Calls to France are cheap, 4cents (about 8 USA cents) per minute just by using any regular fixed phone to call any fixed phone in France (calling to a mobile phone in France is significantly more expensive).
