Hello,

I was hoping that somebody would be able to offer some advice.

My Mother is currently facing some legal issues with her husdand over their jointly owned home in London. Her husnad has lived in Cyprus for over 5 years and owns his own land and proerty.

Is there any that I can find out how much his land and propert is worth?

An information of assistance would be greatly appreaciated...

I think it is based on the value of the property.
There is no fixed charge.

The easiest way would be to do comparables as that is what is determinng the market at the moment.

But for the OP, if you need it for court purposes, you need an official valuation.
