Oh is that what you meant by review?

supporttheunderdog wrote:This looks pretty impressive and if this can be sustained with longer (2hr) movies could make a tablet an attractive propostion as watching movies on the go is something i could be interested in but is playing videos with those particular brightness/volume settings a fair test?
How about things like internet usage, up-loading/down loading /sending/reciveing emails, taking photos etc, ie a range of activities?

I do not see the point in them when you can have a perfectly good laptop for the same price or less! iPad or Android, they are all rubbish. Razer's Project Fiona looks good but it is not entirely a touchscreen (has control buttons for gaming).
Why get a tablet? I've used iPads before and their touchscreen is slow and laggy, their battery life is awful, watching movies on them is stupid because you can do that on a laptop/TV/desktop, sending emails on them is stupid because you can do that on a laptop/phone, the games are all suited for phones e.g. Angry Birds, they are overpriced, and finally, they make you look like a complete arse when you are walking around town using them to take photos of stuff when there are better cameras for a third of the price or when you are sitting in Starbucks (using any Apple product in Starbucks is completely unacceptable). Same goes for Android and the knock-off tablets.
Can someone please explain the advantages of a tablet over a laptop and don't say portability because the MacBook Air and other notebooks are almost the same size as an iPad.

The worst thing about tablets or anything touch screen for that matter, is that the screen gets filthy with smudges and so full of germs but users become oblivious to their own filth and are quite happy to pull them out in public and even show friends their photos!
Most idiots don’t even notice the special cloth for cleaning them and probably dump it with the packaging!
