I have a BSc in Computer Science and my whole studies were done in the USA. I am working as a Web Developer, mostly front end but not only. I never said I am an expert on CPUs. GR pretends to be a professor of Computer Engineering but you don't need to be an expert to realize that he is just a clueless salesperson who even if he had some formal education (I doubt he actually has a university degree on any related subject) it was done in the 80s .... his knowledge is now obsolete and he is unable to keep up with the advances of technology. He just writes crap e.g that an ancient 80286 is faster than current generation ARM CPUs and then he is trying to support his bullshit by saying irrelevant things about assembly most of which are either incorrect or obsolete as anybody who can search the web for facts can easily find out.
