It goes in to the slush funds of the "leadership" of the Rubbish Regime of "trnc" file... people who didn't have a deracha to swing from, as they used to say in the old villages, now loaded with the pick of the stolen property, with estates, with Mercs and with TLs.

The few CYs up there who have kept away from Harem Money have to put up with the Rubbish or emigrate.
