On this matter of "embargoes" and "isolations"...

Yes, it's important to make some distinctions between them... cos the Rubbish Regime of "trnc" deliberately mixes the two with the intent to gain political capital or recognition.

The embargoes are against the Rubbish Regime of "trnc" and they are political embargoes, as said above, the result of UN Ressies.

The isolations, which effect ordinary CYs up there, are being addressed. Most significantly by the EU, which has made over some 300 Million Euros in recent years for projects in the Occupied Areas.

The Union expressly says and this appears in the literature, that this money is paid to help ease the isolations, to help bring some elements of day to day life and infrastructure up there up to the standards in the Free Areas... and in the theme of this thread for instance, financing a waste-water treatment plant, financing the failed project to build a de-sal plant, renewing water pipe-lines etc.
