lordo is the name and a person who boils in his juices is not sacred of a bit smoke. this is nothing. and it will be nothing when compared with what is to happen in a few years.

Yes I'm aware, but my phone seems to imagine you like this when I type Lordo on it

And whats going to happen in a few years........apart from everything being dead because of incompetence?

Back on topic:

Fuel leak is destroying tourism

The fuel oil leak in Karpasia's Trikomo area has been harming local tourism, according to the Turkish Cypriot Tourism Agencies Association (KITSAB).

Gazedda Kibris quoted KITSAB deputy head Erkan Kilim pointing out that the oil spill is threatening public health and the environment. Mr. Kilim also added that the area's sealife and specifically Caretta Caretta turtles are in mortal danger because of the pollution.

“The extent of the damage of this disaster is made clear if we take into consideration not only nature but also the hotels and restaurants in the region. This disaster is a direct result of carelessness and negligence,” said Mr. Kilim.

Much larger spills have been dealt with, much more swiftly. I still can't believe how little has been done! I mean how long has it been now, 3 weeks?
Compared to other spills in the world, its quite small, but for Cyprus this is quite massive.. . and its not been contained at all, obviously
