The gas belongs to the ROC. Only the ROC government can determine how it is distributed. Without reunification the TCs get bugger all. But you know that already, don't you?

Too late, VP. Turkey has no basis for claiming natural gas discovered within Cyprus’s EEZ. If Turkey needs gas, they can enter into a trade agreement with a reunified Cyprus. :D

productivity zero: in answer to your question; not even able to keep streets clean.

...it is no wonder that your so called saviour calls you servant slaves. the best you can do is defend the state of institutionalised neglect toward the island itself, with legal plaints that have a hope in getting something from someone else; not a good reflection on you guys Individually, frankly. but as far as i'm concerned you, like the ELAM boys, are a reflection of a small segment of the population, generally speaking, not Cypriot .

This is reported today in gundemkibris...

Poor planning and lack of enforcement from what passes as "authority" in "trnc" has led to constant problems with sewage flowing in to the streets at an apartment block in Occupied Kyrenia. A problem that is claimed to have plagued the neighbourhood up there for six years.

Here's a bit for turkish-speakers and a picky of the sewage...

A "friend" posted this elsewhere.

This is what some beaches look like in the Rubbish Regime of "trnc".

This one is near the village of Occupied Davlos in the Occupied Part of Famagusta District...

The following reported today in kibrisgazetezi about the rubbish in the Rubbish Regime of "trnc"...

Looks like the situation at the Harbour at Occupied Kyrenia hasn't improved since we last heard.

It's reported that visitors to the harbour can look forward to seeing cans, bottles and plastic bags washed up on the breakwaters.

Broken glass litters the place and all pose a risk to marine life.

Particularly disturbing, the article reports on the deaths of 50 marine turtles, whose remains were washed ashore, deaths put down to the ingestion of plastic bags.

The response of "trnc" is to ask for assistance from concerned and public-spirited citizens to clear the mess which is also reported to contain human excrement...

...perhaps they ought to ask members of the former UBP "government" to help clear their mess.

Here's a couple of extracts from kibrisgazetezi for our turkish-speaking readership and a picky...

..."Girne Antik Liman’a gelen ziyaretçilerin dalgakıranların üzerine attığı ay çekirdeği, teneke kutular, şişeler ve poşetler bölgede ciddi anlamda çevre kirliliği yaşanmasına neden oluyor.
