Well, no, as a matter of fact there was a strike in the Occupied Areas earlier today in support of the sacked CYs of Occupied Nicosia municipality, so the rubbish piles are still growing along with discontent that the Rubbish Illegal Regime can't bury the deceased and can't clear the blocked sewers of the Regime's shite which is overflowing in to the river system and contaminating people's bore-holes... so all in all the situation in the Occupied Part of Nicosia is one of very grave risk to public health, so much so that there is talk of calling a State of Emergency.
