I only know the camp at Balodia which is very close to Ayia Fila... actually Ayia Fila is before Balodia ain't it? I lived in Palodia for a little while in the eighties!

Just go to the fifth roundabout (the first being as you enter Limassol from Nicosia) and head north for the mountains until you reach Ayia Filla about 5-7km away I think, and when you get there ask a local for directions to the shooting range.

Yup, for anti aircraft training.
the actual shooting practice happened in Kornos and Zygi.
We shot the sh** out of mountains riddled with targets in Kornos and at zygi we shot (I kid you not) at a blimp type target being pulled by a manned aircraft. they were very strict though, but hell, that pilot must have crapped himself going back and forth with 50 caliber rounds being blasted passed him.
