Not very clever mate. 'modern phones' have been able to play music and video for several years now, that hasn't stopped people from buying separate mp3 players or they would have surely stopped making them!
Such a sad, bitter little person, your profile sums you up, if I may quote:
"Occupation: as little as possible for as much as I can get away with"
With 4379 posts so far and counting, I assume you spend a considerable amount of time looking at your little screen. Like a lion waiting to pounce on its prey... Mr supporttheunderdog you have provided the cyprus-forum with another witty, clever well-constructed argument. I'm sure our fellow forum members salute you. You have tasted sweet victory by completely dismissing the multi-million euro mp3/mp4 player industry, assuming the humble device is obsolete because 'modern phones' play music! I also assume that after you pressed the 'submit' button you felt a tingle of satisfaction.. a rush of blood perhaps.. "I made a cracking, sarcastic, witty comment - guaranteed to make people laugh - guaranteed to piss off this 'allypally nick' guy" ... may be this is what you were thinking just after you posted your comment. Only you know the truth Mr supporttheunderdog.
On that note this magnificent device has now been reduced to €25
Bitter? Only in terms of my prefered style of beer. You must be slightly peeved that you have had to cut the price by 37.5%.
Quite whether the dedicated player market remains so large is questionable as multi function devices develop, such as tablets and/or phones with an MP3/MP4 capabaility, and where even here there is convergence between the facilities of some phones and tablets.
