You are not entitled to 29%. More like <18%. Thats your problem all long, you just want to up the figure that suites YOU.

Ask your leaders why 29% has always been the figure for TCs, just for you B52 we can come down a few more percentage points to say 25% but no less as we to have rights to Cyprus as well...or we can alway carry on as is with 37% 63% split no problem.

29 % for the northern region was based upon all remaining refugees that were not settleted in the southern region would return to the north with rights to property,freedom of movement and politcal rights.
