How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Mustafa Kemal Ataturk (enemie of Islam and Greeks)

Postby Kypreos » Mon Oct 24, 2005 12:51 pm

He is regarded a hero in Turkey... Pfffffftt.... this so called hero cancelled the caliphate(islamic leaders) he abondand all rulings of ALLAH he abondand the azan(calling of prayer) in arabic... he stopped the muslim sisters from obeying ALLAH by banning the hijab(headscarf). he got rid of the islamic calenders.... he changed the turkish alphabet from arabic to latin so there knowledge would be lost. he turned a muslim country into a westernised state... look at turkey today...

they have raki which is a mock up Ouzo
they have halay which is a mock up Zorba

and the turks that say we didnt copy.. the greeks copied... since when did the osmanli empire drink alcohol? since when did they dance and shake there butts and do the halay... ottoman empire the most pwoerful islamic empire of all time... ataturk stole other peoples cultures to make it ur cultures trying to make u guys westernised...

man i had more respect when u guys were muslims and were under ottoman empire.... at least under ottoman empire greeks were allowed to live in istanbul.... and left in piece.. ataturk comes and kicks us out...

and in 1974 the turkish invasion of cyprus... all those soldiers were brainwashed with ataturk ideology.... murderers... how can i respect ataturk when his ideology caused destruction to the greeks.

all i recommend to the turks... follow ur islam and u will have my respect... dont copy us... its just pathetic...

and if ur a turk and u like ataturk... man i understand in a turkish point of view ... france britian the anzacs.... and he defended ur country from the invading armies..... ok u can praise him for saving ur country... but what did he do once he saved ur country? he destroyed ur turkey...

Sure raki is greek origined as shadow play called hacivatoz-karagoziz, and baklava indeed...

Anyway both greek and armenian(sure there have been some exceptions but i am talking about majority atm) ethnicities in ottoman empire sold their motherland to the father ones....So do u think i care how we kicked them out of our new country?!
kypreos, Why are u ready to forget the fact every action brings back its reaction and every sin meets its punishment :?

Oh please, dont tell me ancient greeks drank ouzo and played halay. Enough greek propaganda for today!

Besides rakia (raki) and horo(halay/zorba) exist in Bulgaria as well.

Of course akiner, compared to the glorious civilized greeks our barbarian ancestors were really dumb so they could not have invented anything. They just stole everything from the greeks.

Joking aside, when I was shopping a few days ago, I cam accross something called Greek yoghurt here in the UK. I got really infuriated. Yoghurt is definitely a turkish word, and it was brough by the turkic tribes, either by turks or bulgars (the bacterium is actually called smth bulgaricus), and now greeks are advertising it as their own invention. Also DONER is called GYRO in many places. They are stealing our stuff, and then telling us we have stolen it from them! outrageous

Dude, it's only normal that people have similar culture, drinks, etc after living together for hundreds of years. Syrians and Lebaneese also have a drink very similar to Ouzo and Raki. Why do we need to engage in pointless discussions about the origins of Ouzo instead of enjoying it?

Come on Sadik my friend, that is wishful thinking.

"Yeia mas" birkibrisli!

Yogurt was investicated by a French scientist (Medtsikov) at the Pasteur Institute. He noticed that Bulgarians lived much longer than French people or indeed Americans despite being very poor (on average 87 as opposed to 48 ) and also Bulgaria had the largest number of very old people in the world. So he studied the eating habits of the Bulgarians. He found out that the Bulgarians ate yogurt with vegetables, walnuts and garlic. He assumed eventually that longevity was a direct result of consuming yogurt. He even isolated two typical bacilli responsible for the changing of milk to yogurt that can be used commercially. You win no prices for guessing what he named the bacteria, bg_turk.
