If I was able to attend (which unfortunately I am not) I would insist on a venue that sold KEO (and didn't have rabbit on the menu)!

I fly in on the 16th and am currently booked out all day on the 19th...

I think there is something on ther25th too....

I fly into Gatwick and will be staying at Epsom.

I fly out on the 30th.

So it looks like it will have to be Tuesday 18th December then. If everyone can agree on that day then we need to finalise the venue. I mentioned The Carob Tree because it's been tried and tested but please feel free to suggest other places that have a good reputation.

I don't suppose many will find daytime suitable!? I have an aversion to night time driving. But would if need be.
