halil, first we must explicitly understand that the great "compromise" of Greeks in Cyprus was to commit to a Cypriot State; their are no "Greeks" or "Turks" in Cyprus, there are Individuals. and as Citizens they choose to identify themselves as well, as Constituencies. thus, if Bicommunal is to have a valuable meaning, it will have in it a geographic and social context which is indivisible because it represents the Universal Principals that all Persons submit to better, but as one body defend.
...you, you if you are a Cypriot, (who wants a Turkish Constituency to exist), should be asking, where is the Greek Constituency? and if you love this island ask the same of the Maronites, Armenians, and Latin.
allowing the Constituencies to determine the "zones" themselves, would be far more logical if unanimously, they would present their work to the Federal body (the Sovereign State), thereby as equals, gaining the Charters they seek as Territorial Jurisdictions. here is the distinction, without which Cyprus remains "Greek" (and not Cypriot); there are at least three parts for something Bicommunal to be one.
...so you are doing no favour to Cyprus, or the rest of Humanity for that matter if you deny the State that can be founded because Greeks want Freedom of Movement, Freedom of Association, and Freedom of Expression, as an integral part of a Cypriot culture.
...and don't go blaming the "Greeks" for all your travails, because "Turks" are no different; don't go dissing Bill either because he is neither.
