Reservists are about 90,000 and the reason their rifles and gear are “hidden” is to keep kids from accessing them. Notice that not a single accident has occurred over the decades? That’s a pretty good record!

Ho that makes it ok then.

How many GC dudes do you know that are married to a TC ? I come from a country where olive and fig trees grow abundantly, but its not Cyprus...
I havent met many Tc's who want the TA in their country... Either than the radicals and the one's with dodgy dealings. I have always been left with the impression that most TC's want a unified Cyprus, but they want a just solution with equal rights. Unfortunately there are radicals like yourself on the other side too.

There will never be a solution while the occupation lasts. Thats why turkey does not withdraw and thats why the partitionists want the TA to stay... If the TA left, with adequate mediation, the Cypriot people of all backgrounds would come to a just conclusion... Hey.., You may open your window one day and instead of a butterfly you will see a flying pig... :)

If you think that the departure if the TA is the obstacle to solution you are stupid..without them the GCs would do as thye wish and you would be placing us in great danger.

What? :?

You know... Y shaped piece of olive branch, couple of strips of tractor inner tube, a leather pocket in the middle for the stone... A catapult i think its called... The kind of stuff village kids used to do before x box and computers...

In the actual european panorama, no one would physically harm the TC's... We are not in the 60's/70's anymore... Besides, I would much rather take my chances to be free in my country, than be Turkey's bitch...

And as you are not part of the equation and it is not your future being placed in the hands of GCs then allow us the people who count to decide, we want the TA to depart after a solution is found which incorporates security measure that will make us feel safe enough to wave the TA goodbye. For now they are a great detterant and stop the GCs form forcing their will upon us and turning us into a minority among GCs.

You are an ethic minority in your country and whats so wrong with that??? Doesn't make you less of a Cypriot...! Obama is from an ethnic minority, yet he's the president of the US...!
"And as you are not part of the equation" Finally you have realised that i'm not a GC
