My humble apologies for interrupting your ...valued contribution to Cyprus's problems. I think I will start my own thread but first I will have to consult with Miltiades, if he is not asleep that is, the last time we met he was flat out and snoring !! !Previously I contributed as .... and met the man over lunch while he was having a nap !
I wonder what he makes of Israel's new found friendship with both Cyprus and Greece. I recall his vociferous support of Israel and the importance of Cyprus seeking out and making alliances with powerful and influential nations, I wonder what he would say on the recent and very first visit to Cyprus by an Israeli PM, and the new strategic alliances formed. Was he right, you bet he was.
I offer my humble apologies to my dear friend for having the audacity to use a nick so close to the one that he used.

the solution has been staring us in the face and we just could not see it.

first step is to make both languages compulsorily and any greek cypriot who does not learn turkish cypriot should be flogged till they do.

second step is to make it compalsory for tcs to marry gcs and gcs must marry tcs.

Come on say it clearly don't be afraid. You are suggesting for the TCs to come gradually, in one-two generations back to their Greek roots again and abandon this silly "linopambaki" status.

this may seem a bit of an unbalanced situation to some of you ignorant boys but it is not.

it means that tcs can revert to their traditional heritage of marrying 7 wives each and most of the greek cypriots are gay so thats ok.

in one generation there will be only cypriots in cyprus and problem is solved.

i will be fine. i will live in the north and cross over each day i am not that far from my work. i will sleep easy and day time i can take care of myself from the elamb boys like yourselves. thanks.
