Why do you want to bring western mindlessness to our beautiful island? I am not against Eros. If you were talking about the ritual of Dionysus that would be different, although I doubt the Church would approve. But male strippers cavorting about in front of drunken ladies. Please. At best it is infantile, at worst a freak show. Leave your ego behind. Sex can be fun, but you should grow up. Cypriot women are more mature.

I blame the Church which became greedy under the Turks. When the Russians were Communists they wanted nothing to do with them. Now they have repented and are bringing corruption our way they are best of friends. But then the Russian Communists didn't really understand sex either. They tried to reject Darwinism under Stalin in favour of dialectical thinking ala Levin. But dialectics is only the first step in the mystical transcendence. Love is beyond.

Whilst abroad it is common to have a stripper at a Hen Party, I'm finding it increasingly difficult to find something in Cyprus for my friends Hen night. Therefore, my question is: Do you think the girls are catered for in terms of what is on offer for Hen parties?

1) The slave trade itself was initially mostly in the hands of indigeonous rulers who sold Slaves to the Europeans (and Arabs) - the French, dutch and portugese were also heavily involved.
2) Africans did not evolve muscular under British Slavery, - most British Colonies only came about in the mid-late 19th century by which time Africans had been evoiving (Musculoar or othewise) for many thousands of years of years and slavery had been abolished.
3) who says the performers are Cypriot, where the flab is bought and paid for .......not developed under Turkish control.

Thank you Stud for replying. I know I am crazy to be obsessed with things like this and I don't want to go off topic by talking about Africans. The word that bothers me is "catered for" which is why I brought up eugenics. We are evolving all the time. As the global market intensifies and people become more aware of each other around the world, demand becomes worse. Some people say it is just "taste", as in "what's your flava?". Perhaps that is natural. But when taste become "fetish" it becomes corrupt. Long ago I realised that this was one of the reasons the Muslims (and Victorians for that matter) insisted on women covering up. Perhaps men should too!
