Hi,

we're coming to Cyprus on October 1st and staying in a self catered villa in Coral Bay village. The plan was to find a supermarket on the way from airport before settling in - but are we going to find any supermarkets open on the Independece Day?

If you are landing at Paphos Int. Airport, you may want to try Papantoniou Supermarkets. They close only on Sundays, but I don't know if they are open on 1st October. For basic needs you can shop at kiosks, which are usually open 24/7.
