I’ve got an uncle there who speaks Paphian fluently. Don’t make me call him… he’ll put you to shame so bad!

If you bother to check the etymology of all these words you posted you will realise that most of them are Greek words, while the rest are Turkish, Italian, French, Arabic, or English ones.

I am sorry to inform you that there are no Cypriot words.

The following is a nice reference...

I'm sorry to inform you have no brain... at least not a working one anyway, because WRITTEN Cypriot existed from way back in 1800BC so one can only imagine when the spoken language was born!

Unlike you, my dear - I didn't have to "become" a Cypriot by latterly learning a few words. :D

- You and your cronies treat Cyprus like some 'must-have' fashion accessory and you are all trying much too hard to squeeze into it.

If you don’t know the language, you don’t know the traditions, you don’t know the history, then what the fuck do you know?

Oh I forgot…wondering daddy left you a little traditional inheritance to come to for your holidays! 8)

You're trying too hard to acquire what you can never have. A claim to Cyprus from birth, and a peasant village schooling. A continuous Cypriot culture which fits comfortably like a glove. 8) Unlike the turmoil which torments you and makes you try to destroy what you are clearly unfamiliar with from your outback ascendancy. Your classless showing off of your newly acquired "Cypriotness" is deserving of that lovely Cypriot term we give to show offs ... Go on. Look it up!
