Why are Greeks racist against Turks?

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Birkibrisli's village is on box (square) G/F (verstical) 4 (horizontal) on this map. It is called "Kios" on the map or "Kio" but in Cypriot dialect is also called "Tjios"

Also on this one

Note: hid the orange box in the bottom right corner of the picture to get the map expanded.

Kifeas, thank you brother.I am having a nostalgic time with the maps.

Alexios,I have no idea why it is called Istindjo.Perhaps because it was the biggest village in that area once.
Also,Yalia, where we spent 5 years,is spelled Gialia.Do you (or Kifeas) know if anyone lives at Gialia now?
And ,Alexios,if you do go to Istindjo, try to imagine it as a green paradise with lots of orange apple and plum gardens, vineyards, olive and fig groves, almond and carob groves, and spring water as big as your head coming out of the village fountain. It was heaven, gardashlarim, heaven on earth for me.

Most of the houses in Yialia have been rented by GCs and they were fixed and used as Summer and weekend holiday houses. Yialia is indeed a very beautiful village, situated along a narrow valley going though and up the mountains, and yet only 5 minutes from the sea.
